We strive for superior quality in all of our matchas but to find an organic matcha of such quality can be quite difficult. Yet, if you are a producer that achieved the "10th Grade Chashi Tea Master," (a certification only given to 13 people around the globe in the last 65 years), you can definitely make some seriously superior matcha.

Our organic everyday Matcha is probably the best organic matcha you will be able to get your hands on, at a fair price that you can enjoy anyway you want; straight, as a latte, in your boba, in your smoothie, with lemonade, any way.

We are extremely grateful to be able to work with such a talented and emblematic farmer and to be able to get it to you.

Be prepared for a smooth and bold umami with the delightful light bittersweet notes from all the amino acids and antioxidants that only a superior organic matcha

Usucha: 2gr ( 1tsp ) Matcha + 2.5 oz water at 165* to 190*

Koicha: 4gr ( 2tsp )Matcha + 1.5 oz water. at 165*

Americano: 2gr ( 1tsp ) Matcha + 1.5oz Water, Whisk and complete with desired water amount.

Latte: 3gr ( 1.5tsp ) Matcha + 1.5oz water Whisk then complete with desired milk.

Other: We suggest using 2-3 grams for other uses. Depends on you really.

Note: If your Matcha is too strong or too week, try reducing or increasing the Matcha/water amount.

Remember that the hotter the water the bolder infusion.
