Due to the fewer hours of sunlight in the area, Izumo teas are known for having an incredibly balanced flavor rich in amino acids. This blend has been crafted by the young Yuta Oka, an incredible Tea Master who was the 5th person to be awarded the dan-i (said to be the most difficult task in the Japanese tea industry).
This Matcha has strong notes of hazelnut with softer sweet and floral undertones.
